Electricity meters
Shows phases and the largest loads. Useful when a boiler or heat pump starts in an expensive hour.
Smart meters show where electricity, heat, and water go, not only the total bill at month end. An electricity meter at the board, a heat meter at the substation, and a water meter in the shaft are not the same device. NextTek connects reading so a manager or owner sees the figure without entering the flat. Water meters have their own page.
Do not buy a smart home if what you need is the heating substation. We first say which meter is yours.

Sits on the heating substation. Remote reading means the manager no longer asks to enter the flat every month.
Cold and hot water in the shaft. The price range and remote reading are on the water meter page.
Electricity meters show kilowatt-hours. NextTek says whether the number is believable before promising a saving.
A heat meter and a water meter are not one device. Each has its own deadline and its own person who replaces it.
A socket meter shows one device. The house meter shows the whole house. Do not mix them up.
In a house the meter is yours. In an apartment building, heat and water are often read by the manager, and the owner only sees the bill.
The electricity meter and, if you have one, the heat pump. A schedule can move the boiler to a cheaper hour if you are on a spot tariff.
Heat meters and water. EU rules on remote reading cover heat and hot water from a central source. More in the 2027 article.
Many meters already have a pulse output. Then we do not replace the device. We connect a reader.
If there is a pulse or M-Bus output, we read that. If the dial is only mechanical, we ask whether it may be replaced. Some meters are sealed by the supplier.
In a new substation or shaft we pick a meter that can be read without going inside. The price is the device plus the network, not only a smart sticker.
The calculator shows a rough cost. We prepare an exact quote after we see the site. Ranges on this page are not a formal offer.
