Do you come to Pierīga?

What does an electrician cost?
One socket and one circuit cannot be priced from a photo. We give a range after we see the panel. That is not a quote.
Are you a certified electrician?
Work that needs a signed test goes to someone allowed to sign it. An ordinary socket we repair ourselves.
Can a flat have a car charger?
Usually not from one flat. Power and the parking place are the building's decision. In a house we look at the panel and the cable.
What if the breaker trips?
First say what was switched on. NextTek checks whether the circuit is too small or a contact is hot. A new breaker comes after that.
Can this grow into a smarter home?
Yes, if the wiring and the panel allow it. Climate, gates, and meters join that order. They do not sit on top of a mess.
How often must the wiring be checked?
The fire safety rules require a check every 10 years, more often in explosive areas. It covers insulation resistance, earthing and the phase–neutral loop, and ends with a report.
Does an old flat need an RCD?
The building code requires it for new wiring and rebuilds: 30 mA or less for sockets and lighting. Existing wiring is not forced to add one, but a bathroom or outdoor socket is worth it.
What does a new electricity connection take?
